Membership to the Captain Paul F. Foye Chapter primarily consists of Connecticut area families but is open to any interested Coast Guard family.  We encourage you to visit the National Parents Association web site for a listing of associations in your area.

Chapter member's four year combined dues provides gifts for each member's graduating Firstie. The graduation gifts consists of a handsome travel alarm clock engraved with the Cadet's name, class year and a note of congratulations along with cash to assist them in traveling to their first billet assignment.

You can become a member of the Captain Paul F. Foye Chapter by printing and filling out a membership form (available in PDF format below) and mailing it to us.  The address is on the form. There is an annual membership fee of $25.00.  Please include a check with your membership application.
