The Captain Paul F. Foye Chapter is the Connecticut Area Chapter of the Coast Guard Academy Parents Organization. The purpose of the organization is to support the cadets and their parents. Because the Coast Guard Academy is located in our home state, it gives the Captain Paul F. Foye Chapter many opportunities to offer “on-site” assistance to the cadets.ENERGY PACKAGE SPECIAL – available for $12.00
